PHYSIOTHERAPY / SPORTS THERAPY
We know that if you move better, you will feel better. If you feel better, you will live better. At our physiotherapy clinic we use manual therapy, movement, and an evidence-based approach to get you moving well and living well.
HYDROTHERAPY
Our on-site pool offers clients the option of water-based treatments as needed. The water’s buoyancy provides a low-impact environment ideal for kick-starting the rehabilitation journey. For our athletes, the pool also is a tool for recovery after intense training.
LEARN TO SWIM
Keep your 2-5 year olds active with our Learn to Swim programme. Not only is swimming a valuable skill to have when living on an island, but, for young children, it is also a great way to help develop motor skills, build strength and coordination. Let’s get your young ones started!
MASSAGE THERAPY
Whether part of an integrated treatment plan or simply for your relaxation and general well-being, massage therapy has numerous benefits. Our clinicians offer a full spectrum of massage services to meet your needs.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
We don’t merely want to return you to your regular level of function, we want to see you improve your fitness and performance. Our specialist will help you to optimize your body’s function, increasing your strength, power, speed, mobility, and flexibility, while reducing risk of injury.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE SPORTS PROGRAMMING
Creating a high-performance sports environment for individuals' and teams' sporting pursuits by combining the onsite services and linking with local, regional and international practitioners. Kin Klinic Inc showcases this service through Khevyn, who is contracted as the Coordinator of Sports Science at the Barbados Cricket Association.
